Product Warranty
This Warranty covers "the Products," as herein defined.
The Products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of receipt.
This Warranty is void if the associated equipment was purchased or otherwise obtained through sales channels not authorized by Linear Acoustic.
In order to invoke this Warranty, notice of a warranty claim must be received by Linear Acoustic within the above stated warranty period and warranty coverage must be authorized by Linear Acoustic. Notice of a warranty claim may be made orally by telephoning Linear Acoustic at +1 (717) 735-3611 or in writing sent by facsimile to +1 (717) 735-3612 or by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. If Linear Acoustic authorizes the performance of warranty service, and if Linear Acoustic will be performing the warranty service, the defective Products must be delivered, shipping prepaid, to: Linear Acoustic Inc., 108 Foxshire Drive, Lancaster, PA 17601, USA. If Linear Acoustic Inc. authorizes the performance of warranty service, and if it authorizes another entity to perform that warranty service, the Products must be delivered, shipping prepaid, to that entity, whose address will be provided by Linear Acoustic Inc.
Linear Acoustic Inc. (or its designee) at its option will either repair or replace the Products and such action shall be the full extent of Linear Acoustics’ obligation, and buyer's sole remedy, under this Warranty.
After the Products is repaired or replaced, Linear Acoustic Inc. (or its designee) will return it to the Party that sent the Products and Linear Acoustic Inc. will pay for the cost of shipping.
Linear Acoustic Inc. will have no responsibility under this Warranty for any Products which are found by the Company to have been the subject of Acts of God, including (without limitation) lightning; improper installation or misuse, including (without limitation) the failure to use effective telephone and power line surge protection devices, accident, neglect or damage.
EXCEPT FOR THE ABOVE-STATED WARRANTY, LINEAR ACOUSTIC MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE).
In no event will Linear Acoustic Inc., its employees, agents or authorized dealers be liable for incidental or consequential damages or for loss, damage, or expense directly or indirectly.
Out of warranty units returned to the factory for repair will be subject to a $500 evaluation fee, which fee must be prepaid prior to shipping the unit to Linear Acoustic. If no repairs are needed, the $500 fee will be retained by Linear Acoustic as an evaluation charge. If repairs are needed, the $500 fee will be applied to the total cost of the repair.
In-warranty units returned to Linear Acoustic for repair, which are found to experience no failure or fault, will be subject to a $500 evaluation fee, to be invoiced upon completion of the evaluation.
